Invoices & payment
Your estimate or invoice describes the agreed services, amount, and payment terms. When online payment is offered, use the secure link provided with your individual invoice. Please call or email if you have a billing question before paying.
Changes & cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel scheduled work. We’ll discuss any work already completed and the terms agreed for your job before adjusting an invoice.
Refund requests
If you believe a charge needs to be corrected or refunded, contact Jonah. We review requests in light of the work performed and the agreed terms, and will explain the resolution to you.
